Brew approximately 5 gallons(22.7 liter) per batch (volume varies depending on recipe).Our patented Pro Series brewers are engineered to last; all metal parts are constructed from brewer's grade (304/CF8) stainless steel. The valve is easily removed and cleaned, and the internal filter platform is crafted from a single piece of stainless steel (no folds or pockets to trap grounds). In addition, to help ensure food safety, the lid handle rests on the brewer handle.
