Monthly Coffee Delivery Policy

• Customer is entitled to receive 0.5KG per month only (0.250KG × 2 packs).

• Advance collection of multiple months is strictly not allowed.

• Requests to receive 6KG at once or to collect 1KG or 2KG in any month are not permitted.

• The allocation is fixed at 0.5KG per month over 12 months.

سياسة توصيل القهوة الشهرية:

• يحق للعميل يستلم نص كيلو بالشهر فقط (250 جرام).

• ما يصير تجمع أكثر من شهر مقدمًا.

• ما نقدر نسلم 6 كيلو دفعة وحدة، ولا يصير تستلم 1 كيلو أو 2 كيلو في شهر واحد.

• الكمية ثابتة: نص كيلو كل شهر لمدة 12 شهر.
