First of all I love the variety of coffee inside the box it’s really fun and let you explore all the flavours second of all I had to open coffee bags inside the box unfortunately which is not drinkable and third of all some cards are not clear to the customers like I want a card with a free cup of coffee but it was a cup of coffee to drink not a mug or something like that which is not clear it was happy to get a mug or a coffee cup and also when I went to claim my free drinks for me and my friend the cashier doesn’t understand anything which made me pay for drinks instead of having free drinks to enjoy

Loved the experience. However, I wish that there were more explanations of the coffees, taste and notes. Let it be more of a learning experience. For example, I don’t understand what “SN Lot 271” mean or “MG1”… .. and this year it came on sale really late. Only few days before Ramadan . I thought there was not gonna be anything this year. And I had already bought 30 coffee drip bags from Richard’s.
